    Prosek napojnica: 40/50
    Izuzetno tezak fizicki posao za devojke.Konstantno isti rutinski posao iz smene u smenu.Posto smo konstantno bili u kuhinji,stopala su nam cesto bila mokra.Skracivali su smene i slali nas kuci bez razloga.Problem HRC kompanije je to sto zaposljavaju jako puno ljudi,pa ih posle katuju.Nema prekovremenih sati.Nema pauze u toku posla.

    Opis posla: Posao bussera je da cisti stolove kad gosti odu,donosi led u bar i na liniju(mesto gde serveri sipaju pica)da donosi ciste case i alkohol u bar,menja pozadi pica koja se sepaju na aparatu i jos dosta stvari koje idu usput.Ima da se radi,non stop si u pokretu.U pocetku zna da bude teze dok se ne naviknes na ceo sistem,posle samo ide. 🙂

    Opusten restoran, ne toliko formalan, sa stogim pravilima i kodeksima rada. Kolege Amerikanci uvek tu ga pomognu ako nesto zagusti.
    Lose je to sto su dobro dosli svi slojevi gradjana u restoran, te se moze desiti da vam cesto ne daju tips (pogotovo crnci cim cuju da si stranac). Malo preskupa hrana za takav restoran.

    The impression was that we are mules not students … more or less all the students were relieved when they finished (two Czechs, two Bulgarians and two Serbs). All more or less work for two because they say the employees who are there longer – last year was the worst and this is worse than the last. They expect to close in the next few years. Everyone is nervous, quiting the job and things like that. Overtime almost does not exist. During June I had after 3-4 days per week, a total of 20-25 hours. July and August is crowded and you get up to 40 hours max, 5 times 6 days a week. September I worked 3 days a week. I need to bear in mind that if it is not crowded and there is no work, they only send you home. If you plan to work in kitchen- DO NOT DO THAT!!! You’ll have just enough for a living-and only from the second month … and you will work for two …
    Busser is much better but you will be upset there too because when waiters give you tips … almost never do not do that honesty, waiters like waiters … OK managers did led us to a baseball, servers and made a party for us which was awesome, and we are getting drunk with them, but again … My advice is to go somewhere where people more apreciate hard workers because we in general have such reputation.

    Šta god radili bežite od Hard Rocka, zapošljavaju puno studenata.
    Pošto nije bilo ljudi a samim tim ni posla, mi nismo mogli da imamo dovoljan broj radnih sati. Mali bakšiš od tih malo ljudi se delio na puno ljudi pa je jasno da je bio poprilično bedan.
    Pritom je to restoran u kome zaposleni plaćaju hranu, osim ako ne rade u kuhinji i kao perači sudova.

    Nadređeni su zaposlili previše studenata, samim tim smo dobijali premalo sati, nisu ih zanimali naši novčani problemi. Nismo imali čak ni obrok a radili smo u restoranu. Čist neprofesionalizam od celokupnog menadžmenta.

    Opis poslodavca: Nije loša kinta, ali manji broj sati nedeljno. Atmosfera na poslu je super, a i sam Hard rok izgleda super, dosta studenata, dobra zajebancija.

    Šta god radili bežite od Hard Rocka, zapošljavaju puno studenata.
